Kathy is an audiologist with a passion for helping people by improving their hearing. A former leading regional representative for two global hearing aid manufacturers, she assisted patients across the Midwest before realizing the need for local, community-rooted care — and founding KC Hearing Center. With 20 years of experience in audiology, Kathy has developed a deep understanding of hearing aid technology and the impacts of untreated hearing loss. Outside the clinic, she enjoys family time, weekends at the lake, and attending her two sons' sporting events.

Haley graduated in May 2023 with her Doctor of Audiology from Missouri State University. Her clinical experience includes vestibular testing, tinnitus treatment, and hearing aid fittings. She believes in a patient-centered plan of care and takes a personalized approach to selecting the hearing aid that best suits each individual's lifestyle — because better hearing can profoundly change a person's outlook on life.

Haley is married and a proud dog mom to her pup, Archie. She is an avid reader and foodie who loves to travel—her most recent travels were to Spain, Albania, Greece and throughout the U.S.

Dr. Chelsea Peyton joined our team to lead the Wichita office. A Kansas native, Dr. Peyton earned both her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders and her Doctorate of Audiology from Wichita State University. A self-described problem solver, Dr. Peyton enjoys hearing evaluations, hearing aid consultations and fittings, and tinnitus evaluations. She is devoted to serving her community and helping patients feel confident in their hearing care. Her goal is to listen to each patient's concerns and tailor her approach so every patient feels heard.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Peyton enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, their three children, and their Great Dane. She also remains actively involved in serving the Wichita community through volunteer efforts.

Emma Walls holds a bachelor’s degree in Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences and is a licensed Audiology Aide and Hearing Instrument Specialist in Training. She is committed to delivering kind, thoughtful, patient-centered care. Outside of work, Emma enjoys trying new restaurants with her husband, playing with her dog Charlie, and reading on her back porch with a cup of coffee.

She is also a Hearing Instrument Specialist In-Training, working under licensed providers as she completes her doctorate. Sammy brings clinical curiosity and a patient-first approach to every visit.

With over 30 years of experience, Cindy is a seasoned audiologist specializing in hearing loss prevention, occupational noise exposure, and workers' compensation claims. For two decades, she has been a featured presenter at regional and national professional conferences. At KC Hearing Center, Cindy proudly serves military veterans by conducting Compensation and Pension (C&P) disability evaluations. Outside the clinic, she stays active in her local church, enjoys time with family and friends, and serves as the surrender program coordinator for Imagine FURever Ranch, a senior dog rescue in Shawnee, Kansas.

Madlyn is a fourth-year Doctor of Audiology student at Missouri State University and is expected to graduate with her doctorate degree in May 2027. She earned her bachelor's degree in communication sciences and disorders from Missouri State University in 2023 and is currently completing her fourth-year audiology externship at KC Hearing Center.

Madlyn is passionate about helping individuals improve their quality of life through better hearing and communication. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and building meaningful relationships with patients as they navigate their hearing journeys. When she is not in the clinic, Madlyn enjoys creating art, attending theatre performances, and curling up with a good book.
